International Cooperation in the L'Hospitalet

The Master Plan for Cooperation, Social Justice and SDG, Commitment to health 2020-2023, has been approved
This Directive Plan wants to identify the main potentiality and challenges of the cooperation of L' Hospitalet, as well as, to discuss the policy of cooperation about the goals and priorities about which to orientate.
Directive Plan of Cooperation, Social Justice i SDG, appointment with the Health 2020-2023 it wants to reflect, the master lines of this public policy for the next years, and of the other one, on a part to consolidate the firm appointment to the city with the cooperation, social justice and the world-wide development. Finally, AJT/JGL/26/2021 of 07 July of 2021 has approved of the Local Executive Council in session.
The will has been to achieve the maximum consensus of all the actors of the city, which helps us to planning the actions of cooperation for the global social justice promoted from the town.
This new plan for period 2020-2023, assumes like challenges the need to rethink the model of relations social and with the nature and intends to give a fundamental importance to Agenda 2030, as well as it is one attentive to the context generated as a result of the pandemic world-wide.

The auditorium Barradas has accommodated the Final Gal·la of the delivery of the prizes of the Workshop competition of comic for the Human Rights and the Global Citizenship .
To the act shown by the humorist and youtuber Raúl Alcaraz have gone to the accompanied winning children of its teachers, and in streaming, from its respective schools, all the participant children, for the restrictions in which the pandemic of the COVID.
The prizes have picked up the children of the hands of Maria Angeles Sariñena Hidalgo, mayoral lieutenant of the Participation and Citizen Relations Area, of the doctor Montserrat Puig Llobet, vice-chancellor of equality and gender, Marga Barceló Fontanals , responsible of the office of International Relations Cooperation of the Regional Government of Barcelona, Xavi López Arnabat , director of the UB Solidarity Foundation, Nicolás Cortés Rojano, director of the Program of Cooperation and Solidarity of the area of Participation and Civic Relations, Antoni Guiral Conti, historian, editor and scriptwriter of comic, Miguel Álvarez Benítez, author of comic and illustrator, Fernando Acosta Ramos, sociologist and expert in Human Rights.

We have celebrated the closure of the workshops "Approach to Sub-Saharan Africa workshops"

The workshop intends to work the sociopolitical and economic situation of the developing countries and to appraise the impact that can have the Cooperation to the Development in these zones, it is sent in the educational centers of secondary and high school of L'Hospitalet
They are the activities programmed for this workshop:

Activity 1 -Approach to the African music. Sent to pupils from 1st to 4th of ESO and Batxillerat it consists to introduce typical instruments of Africa in interactive way carried out by technicians in cooperation to the development and African musicians.

Activity 2 - Approach to the African dance. Once from 1st to 4th of ESO and Batxillerat has been sent to pupils, it consists of a performance for a dancer of African dances.

Once gathered the jury of the VI edition of the Workshop of Comic for the Human Rights and the Global Citizenship on 28 May in the facilities of Ca n'Arús and elects the winners will give up the prizes on the 18 of June of 2021 in the Auditorium Barred of L'Hospitalet. Because of the restrictions of the pandemic, the winning children will attend the Auditorium, the rest of children and the schools will be able to follow the act in line from its respective schools.

 

All the rewarded frames will be edited in the publication Vignettes to school for solidarity
