International Cooperation in the L'Hospitalet

The Town Council of Cooperation was an organ of participation of the civic associations and of the non governmental organizations, the fundamental activity of which was the cooperation and the humanitarian help to the developing countries. It had a deliberative and consultative look, with advising functions in related matters, as it indicates its name, with the cooperation and international solidarity.
